Dr. Stevenson’s academic journey began with earning honors in neuroscience, followed by medical schooling in Phoenix, Arizona. He completed his residencies in Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology at Ascension Health and Michigan State University, where he served as chief resident.

His commitment to advancing medical knowledge is evident in his research contributions, which include studies on various neuro-inflammatory diseases and glaucoma.

Further enriching his qualifications, Dr. Stevenson pursued a comprehensive medical and surgical fellowship in Uveitis and Medical Retina with Eye Disease Consultants, affiliated with Hartford Hospital and Hartford Childrens Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.

Since 2017, Dr. Stevenson has been providing exemplary ophthalmology care in Colorado Springs.
