Timothy R. Brown, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. He completed his surgical training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. He has extensive experience in the field of laparoscopic surgery and has been a bariatric surgeon for the last 14 years. He has extensive bariatric surgical experience and was the first surgeon in Colorado to perform a LapBand procedure. He performs all types of open and laparoscopic bariatric surgeries, including laparoscopic gastric bypass, LapBand and revision procedures.

Dr. Brown is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He was accepted as a Regular Member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons for his accomplishments. He is the founder of Colorado Choice Bariatrics.
